Mathias Koch

Mathias Koch accompanies his clients in their daily business, attaches great importance to a pragmatic approach and advice that can also be implemented in practice. Mathias Koch is director of the J+P Gruppe and also managing director in the Marburg branch. After his studies, he moved to the Rhine-Main area. There he gained extensive experience in German and international commercial and labor law in a renowned international law firm, one of the Big Four auditing firms and a leading German auditing and tax consulting firm in the public sector. Mathias Koch is part of the J+P Gruppe since 2019 and has since followed its guiding principle “Das WIR macht den Erfolg”. In addition to advising on labor and commercial law, Mathias Koch advises on compliance. He also advises the public sector on selected, special tax issues (e.g. VAT) and on organizational issues. In his leisure time, Mathias Koch devotes himself to local politics and various other honorary posts. Among other things, he is a deputy member of the municipal board of the Münchhausen municipality. In addition to his voluntary work, he uses his free time primarily for his family.
