Mathias Koch supports his clients not only with complex legal issues, but also in their day-to-day operations – always with a clear focus on implementable and legally sound structures.
After studying law and completing his legal traineeship in Saarland and Heidelberg, he gained extensive experience at an international law firm, one of the Big Four accounting firms, and a leading German tax and audit firm. During this time, he specialized in German and European employment and business law, as well as compliance matters.
2019, Mathias Koch has been part of the J+P Group and is internally responsible for HR and Compliance.

- Social security status assessments for shareholder-managing directors and active partners
