The J+P Group is committed to making its website www.jundp-gruppe.de accessible in accordance with the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) and the European Standard EN 301 549.

Status of compliance with accessibility requirements

This website is partially compliant with the requirements of the BFSG in conjunction with EN 301 549 and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 – Level AA.

The following content is not yet fully accessible for the reasons listed below.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is currently not fully accessible:

1. Color contrast
   1. Some text elements and buttons have insufficient color contrast (e.g., light gray text on white background).
   2. Reason: adherence to the corporate design; adjustments are planned.
   3. The contrast ratios and font sizes can be manually adjusted at any time using the so-called Accessibility Bar on the right edge of the screen.
2. Alternative text for images
   1. Not all images currently include meaningful alternative (alt) text.
   2. These are being reviewed and added progressively.
3. Keyboard navigation
   1. Certain components (e.g., interactive sliders or dropdown menus) are not fully operable via keyboard.
4. Form labeling
   1. Some forms, including the application and contact forms, lack programmatically identifiable labels for all fields.
5. PDF documents
   1. Some downloadable PDF files (e.g., brochures, job postings) are not accessible.
   2. These will be replaced with accessible versions over time.

Planned improvements

We are actively working on the following accessibility improvements:

• Design update with improved contrast ratios (scheduled for Q3 2025)
• Technical enhancements for full keyboard operability and screen reader support
• Gradual replacement of non-accessible PDF documents with accessible alternatives
